- Water Reducing Admixtures (Plasticisers)

Description
Water reducing admixtures. Conforms to IS:9103-99 & Complies with ASTMC494 as Type A.
Typical Uses
All structural and general concrete where improved density and quality are required. Cement saving where excess cement proves necessary to obtain target strength.

Description
High performance slump retaining and water reducing admixtures. Complies with BS 5075 part 1 and ASTMC494 as Type D & IS:9103-99.

Cement saving can be made without reduction in strength and workability. Used for all structural concrete where improved density and quality are required.

Uniplast SP500 PQC

Description
Superplasticising admixture for PQC concrete. Uniplast SP500 PQC complies with IS:9103:1999 and BS : 5075 Part 3. Uniplast SP500 PQC conforms to ASTM-C-494 Type ‘G’ depending on the dosage used.
Typical Uses
Best Suitable for PQC concrete by substantial reduction in water resulting in low permeability and high early strength.

Description
Air entraining admixture. Uniplast AEA complies with BS 5075 Part 2, BS 4887 Part 1, ASTM C260.
Typical Uses
To produce air entrained concrete for increased durability and resistance to damage by frost and deicing salts. Typical applications include concrete roads and concrete dams, airport, kerb concrete, runways and taxiways and other extensive areas of concrete exposed to potential frost damage.

Low viscosity wax emulsion, water based concrete curing compound. Complies to ASTM C309-90.
Typical Uses
For Spraying on freshly cast concrete, or newly exposed concrete surfaces after removal of form work, to form a temporary membrane which will retain Sufficient moisture for effective curing to take place.

Unicure RB

Description
High efficiency polymeric resin based film forming curing agent. Unicure RB gives 90% or greater curing efficiency when tested as per BS 7542-1992
Typical Uses
As a Spray applied membrane to retain moisture in concrete for effective curing. Suitable for all general concrete applicaion and of particular benefit for large area concrete surfaces, such as airport runways, roads and bridge works.
